We transferred over to Webex from Ring Central and we cannot figure out the best way forward to add some functionality. Maybe we will be lucky and the functionality will already exist.
With ring central, we had a HUD that showed all parked calls, and all available users, their status and the caller ID of the person they were on the phone with. Does anyone know if there is an add-in that would allow a floating screen via the Webex app or if we would have to develop our own addin?
