Voicemail access for the second line on Webex clinet

Hello,

we need to assign a second line ( which is configured with forward all to voicemail ) as shared line between multiple users.Users already have first line with voicemail settings.

The question is how they can be notified with incoming voicemail for the second line, is it through the webex client icon or via email ? and how they know that this notification is for the second line not first one?

sharing a document or screenshot will be very useful

AFAIK, you cannot use MWI for a shared line. You can only dial into the voice portal and select the shared line's number/pin to access the VMs.

Alternatively, you can forward incoming VMs to a shared mailbox/distribution list
