In our Citrix Xen environment, we would like to run the Webex app for IM purposes, but our users have physical phones for calling purposes. Is there a way to disable the phone service component of the Webex app?
Another use case, are users who login with a laptop, Webex app is loaded on the laptop that they use for a soft phone, if they then launch Webex in the Citrix Xen environment, the Citrix Webex app takes control of the phone services function.

On the control hub -> Users -> Select the user -> Calling -> Application line assignment -> Webex application assignments -> we can uncheck the needed ones -> Save

The calling functionality just can be disabled by removing the licenses, which won't work for your use case.
