Webex App - Disable phone services on client side

In our Citrix Xen environment,  we would like to run the Webex app for IM purposes, but our users have physical phones for calling purposes.   Is there a way to disable the phone service component of the Webex app?

Another use case, are users who login with a laptop,   Webex app is loaded on the laptop that they use for a soft phone,   if they then launch Webex in the Citrix Xen environment,   the Citrix Webex app takes control of the phone services function.

On the control hub -> Users -> Select the user -> Calling -> Application line assignment -> Webex application assignments -> we can uncheck the needed ones -> Save

The calling functionality just can be disabled by removing the licenses, which won't work for your use case.

I'd suggest to check existing feature requests at https://ciscocollabcustomer.ideas.aha.io/ and to upvote it (or create a new one in case there is nothing present yet)
