Can we configure a conference call room number so that all participants can dial this number to join the meeting, instead of adding them one by one?

Also, what is the maximum number of participants allowed per conference call?

Webex Calling does not provide a native feature for assigning a permanent conference room number that multiple users can dial to join a shared call. To handle multi-party conferences beyond three participants, the recommended approach is to use Webex Meetings. In Webex Meetings, each scheduled or personal meeting provides a dial-in number and meeting ID, allowing participants to join by calling a fixed number.

If you're using Webex Calling only, the built-in conferencing supports a maximum of six participants per call, including the host.

Minor terminology clarification: each scheduled Webex Meeting has a unique meeting ID. Personal Meeting Rooms have a persistent meeting ID and are usually what you want for this sort of use case. You can include the meeting ID in a speed dial of a user’s phone after the dial-in telephone number and a space separator.
