Hello everyone,
This post is a feature request regarding location settings in Webex Calling.
It would be very useful to have an option similar to the common site settings available in Webex, which would allow changing settings for all users who are under the same location.
For example, recently I had to modify and activate an option for all users of a specific location, and there were 250 users assigned to it. I had to manually go through each account, one by one.
This process was tedious, and there is no option yet to save manipulations/configurations on a single site and replicate them on the others.

Hello, Since you werent specific on what features you activated for users, I will make some assumptions. There is a way to make bulk changes to users. Once you're logged into Control Hub, go to calling in the left menu, under services. In the top navigation menu click on Service Settings , scroll down to Manage User Calling Data. This will allow you to download a CSV, where you can make your changes and upload to initiate those changes.

If there is something you would like to see in the product, you can search for all the request and either vote or create your own if it has not already been requested.

Beside what has already been said, device settings are hierachical strutured: per-device settings override location defaults, location specific settings override organizational defaults. This is specially helpful for settings like VLAN settings
