New Cisco phones not working in Webex old firmware? Do I need a special model? I never had this issue in the past where I can add in webex via mac address and after I factory reset it does not get pick up also firmware seems like it is old

CP-8861-K9 will not work out of the box with Webex Calling. These are meant for CUCM environment. There are now two options:
1. Replace these with CP-8861-3PCC-K9 or
2. Convert CP-8861-K9 from Enterprise Firmware to Multiplatform firmware using below procedure:

Make sure these phones are Multiplatform Firmware (MPP) models (3PCC-K9). It is mentioned on back of the phone.
