Is there a feature like CSS/Partition in Webex Calling, and what is the purpose from configure the number for the location, and what is the number "extension or PSTN number"?

If I have a two line for long distance and I want to dedicate one of them to some users and the other to the rest, how can I do this?

css/partition = calling permissions (https://help.webex.com/en-us/article/q94e8c/Configure-Calling-Permissions-for-a-Webex-Calling-User-in-Control-Hub)

The location number is for 911 and the caller-id of those users who only have an extension.

for extension or PSTN number you can give users just an extension or a DID.
