I currently am logged in to Webex App on my desktop and mobile (IOS and Android). When I get a call on my webex calling number, all devices will ring. If I pick it up from my desktop, it is still ringing on my cellphones even though I picked up the call.
Is this a known issue or is there a setting I am able to adjust to prevent this?

Please check your settings in control hub:
calling > call handling > simultaneous ring > disable
