Webex Calling only inbound calling number with no name for Caller ID

We have a customer using Cisco Calling plan. We ported their numbers at the end of July. They are complaining about inbound caller ID only shows phone number of the calling party and not the name. I cannot find anything in Control Hub to modify what is shown on inbound calls. They are used to having the name being shown and also when transferring the call, the final destination sees the full caller ID with name and number when the call is transferred to them. Is anyone else running into this and is there a fix?

Hi Burt,
There are no setting in Control Hub for inbound caller ID. If you had inbound caller ID displayed in old system then I would suggest to open ticket with Cisco PSTN Team. You can open ticket with them using Control Hub >> Calling >> PSTN >> Select any exiting provisioned order >> Scroll down to bottom on the order and select "Open a Cisco Calling Plans support case".
Only they can look into this issue in more detail.
