Webex Calling - there is only static noise from Webex to ISP call leg

Hello everyone,

During initial configuration of Webex calling with local gateway we have encountered audio issue only in one direction - from Webex Cloud to ITSP. There is no audio but only static noise on the RTP stream from Webex. From ISP to Webex the audio is fine.

Call flow:  Webex Cloud---(SIP TLS/SRTP)---CUBE 4431---(SIP UDP/RTP)---CUBE 2900/ITSP/

 

I can see the rtp packets are coming from "show ip access-list" udp statement and packet capture. "show call active voice br" on CUBE 2900 is showing that the packets are increasing. But with "show call active voice br" on CUBE 4431 we can see that rtp packets are increasing slowly and after couple of second are decreasing. 

The version on 4431 is 17.3.5.

Wondering if someone has experienced similar issue during SRTP to RTP calls and what would be the solution.
