WEBEX connection to onprem colaberation

So I have been tasked with getting Webex up and running in our system, to do some prof of concept and testing for our police dispatch center. I have built the CSF device within CUCM 14.0.1.13030-1. All the sights I have found say to build this, I can't get the windows App to lookup and find the system and log in. Have I built the device wrong or could you point me in a direction to look. TIA
