Webex iOS App Calls Delayed

I currently have Webex 44.3.0.28993 running on my Windows 10 PC and when I get a phone call it rings instantly on my client and my CP-8865 phone but I noticed the iOS Webex app (version 44.3.0) will ring about 7-8 minutes after the call came in, in most cases I am already off the call and moved on. 

Just wondering if anyone has seen or experienced this and could point me in the right direction for what could be the cause of the delayed ringing. No one else in our organization experiences this delay when using the iOS app, so that makes it even more interesting.

The only time ive seen that is when the ios app isnt fully registered.  Uninstall app, you have to then fully restart phone before installing again, then the issue goes away.  Fingers crossed.

Thanks for the tip, I tried it but unfortunately it did not solve the problem. I will keep poking around.
