My Webex Meeting App upgraded to Webex Teams (looking like) and now it shows as Webex. I can chat , collaborate and engage with Webex Meetings. The Remote Desktop Control function however no longer works. I am not able to request remote control or users can't give me one. I did try and see under admin.webex.com that my settings are set for in-call experience to request and give control, however when i am in the meeting I am no longer able to do it. I am a small business and using single user license for webex meet+call. Please help!!!
