An issue in the Webex Connect Sandbox for Ukraine and Slovakia

Hello Support Team,

I’ve created an account in the Webex Connect sandbox to test its functionality. As part of the testing, I need to add my mobile number to evaluate SMS and WhatsApp capabilities.

I’m currently located in Slovakia, but unfortunately, I do not see Slovakia (nor Czech Republic) listed among the available countries when attempting to add a phone number:

I also attempted to use my secondary SIM card with a Ukrainian number (Ukraine appears to be supported in the list). However, I never received the verification code. I tried multiple times throughout the day and even tested with several other Ukrainian numbers — none of them received the code.

Could you please assist with this issue? Is there a known workaround, or any recommended way to use the sandbox environment in this situation?

The issue has been resolved. Please try adding the Ukraine number now and let us know if you encounter any further issues.

Apologies for the delay in my response. Could you please share the last four digits and the country code of the Ukrainian number you tried to add? Our technical team requires this information to investigate further.

Sure, here they are - 0298. the country code is +380.
