Chat channel not getting displayed in the website specified

Hi team,

I have a chat channel which is working fine when tested using w3schools. but when I change the configuration to be able to access it from our internal domain, the chat icon itself is not loading. Since it is an secured env the server does not have access to internet but we have whitelisted media.imi.chat in that server but still couldn't access the chat channel. Actual webpages with the installation code is hosted from a separate webserver which has access to the internet. the contents are getting displayed but the chat icon is not getting displayed.
