Hi @krengasw - Are you referring to Webex Connect (imiconnect) CPaaS sandbox, or some other Webex product offering?

Please can you share a screenshot for reference if this is for Webex Connect.

I have enabled notifications in Mac -system settings for Webex connect .it worked .Thanks Tanuj
