Hi Team,
Good day. We have received two alerts from Webex Connect. Any ideas why did we receive them?
First one: This email app was a test app.
deleted_client : The OAuth client was deleted..
Please update authentication credentials configuration for your Email App named 'WxCCNotification' in Webex Connect to address this issue.
Second one: We have tried generating a token and was able to get one. This one is currently being used in production.
invalid_grant : Bad Request.
Please update authentication credentials configuration for your Email App named 'WxCCNotify' in Webex Connect to address this issue.
Let me know which other details you need.

Hi,
First one: This happens because of deletion of credentials on the Email Service (e.g. Google) Developer Console
Second one: Invalid grant means that the user is not authorized to access the scope specified, for which the access token is being generated.

Hi There,
Have you check if Email App 'WxCCNotification' still exists under Assets--> Apps. ? There could be possibilities it might've deleted.
Additionally Under Created "Email Service" --> Flow--> Check the Node Runtime Authorization
