Webex Connect (old) developer sandbox

Hi, the old Developer sandboxes, are not accessible anymore? I would like to migrate my flows to the new one.

Hi @vvazquez ,

We have temporarily reopened the old Sandbox site for a limited period. The site will be accessible from 14th Oct to 17th Oct 2024. Please log in to your old account at sandbox.imiconnect.io and perform the necessary migrations before the deadline.

Hi, thanks for re-opening the sandboxes. I went to mine but is empty, there are no services

Do you have copies of the workflow files to be able to import and having issues or is the issue that you can no longer access to get these?

Hi @vvazquez ,

The deadline for migration, that was communicated previously, has now passed. With that, the old site was decommissioned on 30th September 2024. Hence you cant access your old Sandbox account any more.

Hi Victor,

Migration deadline was shared as part of the email that was shared to announce the launch of the new Sandbox site with all the existing Sandbox users. Additionally, the expiry date on the home page of Sandbox when you logged in to your old account, would have reflected the decommission date of the old site.
