Webex Connect Sandbox SMS not working

Hi,

I was able to send an outbound SMS via my Webex Connect Sandbox instance on 10/10/2023 but am unable to do so since 03/11/2023. 

Initially, after sending the SMS I was able to receive it on my mobile device (based in India, Airtel SMS carrier). However, now I am unable to receive the SMS. I did not get any errors, and the error log shows the status to be "submitted" and not "delivered."

I request you to kindly assist me with the resolution of the same.

I'm having the same problem, your help is appreciate it, the main difference between the last succesful and all the failed ones is that there is an elapsed time in the succesfull ones, in the failed ones there is not, transaction IDs are:

'transid': '0dd45244-1c91-46fc-8434-ee24cf3211c3'

'transid': '95b27edb-93cc-4ea7-8994-3bdaad3ae101'
'transid': 'd2aee279-d81d-4966-b318-8d3008c349c2'

Please can you share a few more transactions IDs corresponding to any recent occurrence of this issue. Our technical team requires this information to investigate further.

The message ID is 62cdc2ce-c5d5-4216-a434-5d835f6e8446 (Message status is submitted)

The message ID is 602935a0-0eef-4ecc-b792-c084b6ea23ed (Message status is undelivered)


I tested some messages and most of them were delivered, but some were in the "submitted" and some were "undelivered" state.

Please suggest what could be causing the message delivery to fail sporadically.
