after update of headset 730 i have an intermittend beeping sound

Dear Cisco,

 

I have been using the ciisco headset 730 for about 2 years whitout any problem.Until i did the last firmware update of the headset. currently in every meeting ( Team or Webex) i get an intermittend beeping sound. in the meeting there are no persons entering or leaving.Also with the use of the volume mixer i get a beeping sound that signals the adjustment to the volume (this was previous not the case). 

if i use the usb c cable the beeping from the volume is gone, the beeping in the meeting persists. 

 

Could you look into the problem and give me a way to resolve the issue

just realized that this beeping sound on my 730 is caused by automatic volume adjustment under Audio settings in Webex app...
disabled this option and the beeping is gone
