good advise, we use np++ too in the last step... especially as Excel - exports CSV with Semicolon that has to be replaced by Commas- exports in ANSI format that has to be converted to UTF-8 (for German umlauts äöüß)

did all this. my solution was to put BLF Destinations with "+49xxxx" and BLF DirectoryNumbers with "\\+49"... so I had to escape the \ in this particular CSV... seems like a bug to me

did you ever solve this?got about 1100 phones to be imported into new CUCM... import without BLF runs fine, but with BLFs referring to DNs in +E164 format it fails... pain!!

So, did you ever get this running? UCCX/CCP still do not support OAuth for O365, so we're still stuck with Basic Auth... having troubles with this and hardly any documentation to find on how to deploy O365 Account or where to start troubleshooting

just realized that this beeping sound on my 730 is caused by automatic volume adjustment under Audio settings in Webex app...disabled this option and the beeping is gone
