I cannot get audio from the headset when connected to 2 devices.
I have a Bluetooth connection to my Cisco CP-8851 phone.
I also have the USB adapter plugged into my laptop.
The connection to the phone works fine but the headset shows connected to the PC and I get no sound and the mic does not work.
I installed the Cisco Accessories app and updated the USB and headset. Still won't work.
I cleared the BT connections on the headset and re-paired to both the phone and the USB dongle. Still no good.
I cleared the BT connections again and paired it to the phone and directly to my laptop BT (no dongle). Still no good.
If I pair the headset or the USB to my PC only it works fine. Just won't work on the PC if the phone is connected.
