Board Pro not mirroring Whiteboard to second screen

Hello,

we are using Board Pro with software version 11.20.2.3. We would like to mirror the main screen to the HDMI output. During a video conference, this also works so far. However, when we use the whiteboard, it is not mirrored. I have not found any information in the documentation that there are any restrictions here. The documentation states:

Mirror mode:

Mirror mode replicates the meeting experience on both screens, while the main display will exclusively show call controls, notifications, and other UI elements.

This setup is intended for teaching scenarios and in large auditoriums where the main screen is difficult to see.

From this I would conclude that the whiteboard should be displayed on the second screen.
Our boards are CUCM registered.

The Webex Board Pro documentation suggests whiteboard content should be mirrored in "Mirror mode." If mirroring isn't working, double-check mirroring settings, cable connections, and restart the Board Pro. If the issue persists, contact Webex Support, mentioning your Board Pro version (11.20.2.3) and CUCM registration. Explore alternative sharing options if mirroring remains problematic.
