Just got an iPhone16 and transferred apps and data from an iPhone 13. Tried to login to my webex account by selecting Sign In but the keypad to enter the user name does not show up. Deleted the webex app and reinstalled it but no success. But if I click on Join Meeting I do get the keypad to enter Meeting Number or Link. But If I click login if you are a host - No Key pad to login.

could you please try to login using landscape mode (rotate the phone)? sounds like this bug:

I am having the exact same problem. If you do find a solution could you please share it here? I upgraded from my iPhone 13 to iPhone 16 pro max with 18.0.1 and I can log into WebEx Meetings with no issues, but when I try to log into the WebEx App for Messaging I cannot type anything into the sign in email box. There is no cursor and the whole app just freezes.

Are you referring to the Webex App, or the Webex Meetings App?
