Chat on WebEx Desk Pro

Can you use the chat feature on a WebEx Desk Pro? I don't see it as one of the apps on my screen.

You are not able to chat on the Desk units today.

I thought of a workarond and only as a test - if you can find Settings | Manage Web Apps | you can add a URL to any Website).  I have tried teams.webex.com but it currently does not load up.
