Cisco DX80 Webex http login issue

I’ve done factory reset of my dx80 at home. I can use it with webex account, no issue but I try to log on from my laptop to dx80 through http:192.168.11.5 it ask for user name and password. 

As it was factory reset so it should accept admin and blank password but no its not accepting. i’ve tried different combinations plus my webex account but doesn’t work.

If you have registered the endpoint to Webex Control Hub - I presume that’s what you mean by “use it with Webex account” - the built-in admin account has been disabled. You can login to the local web server via Control Hub and re-enable the account if needed.
