I have a cisco 730, and I was excited to use it, when the right channel would have a very faint volume. I have attempted to use a variety of combinations, and its always the same. I have upgraded firmware on both usb dongle and headset. I even took the route of beta firmware.
Same behavior on iOS, macOS and Windows10
Native Bluetooth
Wired cable
Usb-c to usb-c cable ( is the cable proprietary?)
USB dongle
No matter which combination audio is normal on left, but on right is very faint.
I can also echo what have been said, hard pressure on clamping. I have submitted feedback via app already.
