I'm trying to adjust the headsets notification settings but the only way I see to do that is to use the headset app from a phone. Is this correct?
In particular, there needs to be a way to easily disable incoming call notifications. We're trying to use the Cisco 730 headsets in a call center but all the operators can hear is a constant flow of incoming call notifications because the lines are always ringing.
