@cisco I have had no problems with my headset in the past but all of a sudden I can't get audio from my laptop regardless if I use the USB dongle or the USBC cable. It does however work with the 3,5mm audio cable. It also works well to connect to my phone with bluetooth so I do not understand what is wrong? I can see in the app that I am connected to the dongle when that is plugged in and I also get that confirmed from the voice assistant and the little blue light is glowing on the dongle. It is driving my crazy! PLease help.
