Cisco VIMT / CVI - customisation

Hi,

My customer is using Webex CVI to join MS Teams meeting. I have the following customisation queries.

Query1.

Scenario is as follows. Host schedules a meeting >> Meeting invite is sent to all invitees with the CVI info >> User on Cisco Video device dials tenant@m.webex.com.

Now, the screen to key in the Video ID is obtained. Is it possible to customise this page with some logo or text?

Query2.

Upon joining the meeting, in a single screen video device, layout obtained is "Stacked" by default. It is possible to change the layout using the dtmf 2 and 8 buttons on the touch keypad.

However, is it possible to change the defaut layout by some means?

1. I'm not aware of a way to add branding. If you enable the Microsoft Teams button and/or configure Hybrid Calendar for One Button to Push joins the user shouldn't need to see that video IVR though.
2. There is no setting to change the default layout for VIMT calls today. I cannot discuss the product roadmap here since it requires an NDA. Please ask your Cisco account team about potential future improvements on this front.
