Disable Join Meeting Display on the main screen

Hi,
I have number of rooms integrated into Exchange Online through the Webex Hybrid calendar. This displays the meeting details and join button at the time of the meeting or prior. Just wondering if it's possible to disable the meeting details and join button from appearing on the main screen? Through maybe a config setting on the device itself. The meeting details can remain on the touch controller/navigator.

Room device is a MX300 G3 running RoomOS 9, cloud registered

Also, what determines the time the meeting details appear in the room prior to the actual meeting start time?

I am not aware of any way to customize this for cloud registered hybrid meetings.  There was a way to manage the time the details appeared for on-premise registered/TMS managed devices, but I know of no way to do this in the cloud. Similarly, the OBTP will appear on both the onscreen display and the Touch/Navigator and I don't know of a way to modify this in native tools.

If may be worth an inquiry to your CSM and posting back here if you learn of a setting that can be adjusted via a backend change.
