DisplayPort 1.4 PC output to the USB-C input on a Cisco Room Bar.

Does it work to connect a PC with a DisplayPort 1.4 output to the USB-C input on a Cisco Room Bar to be able to display content.
Will a bidirectional DisplayPort to USB-C DP alt mode cable work?
If this doesn't work, does anyone have a good solution to my problem?

Usually you would use a direct USB-C to USB-C cable and connect to a port on your PC/Laptop that support Display Port Alt Mode.

If you want to connect to a standard display port, you're likely going to need to use a Display Port to HDMI cable to connect to the Room Bar.

In my HP laptop only one USB Type-C 10Gbps signaling rate (USB Power Delivery, DisplayPort 1.4, HP Sleep and Charge).
It doesn't connect to Cisco Room Bar.
Is it possible to have a wireless connect to Cisco Room Bar without Type-C?

If your Cisco Room Bar is running one of the newer software releases, you can configure AirPlay and/or Miracast, either of which can be used to wirelessly send content without the need for a cable.  Note: Ensure you have a normal version of the Room Bar - it won't work on a "NR" version as there is "No Radio" to allow the communications.

Dear Wayne,
thank you for your support.
I've configured Miracast connection but in this case video camera of the Cisco Room Bar is not available.
I can only transfer my laptop screen to the TV and that's it.
1. Can I use camera and microphone through Miracast connection?

2. Is the only way to use BYOD - connection through USB Type-C - Type-C cable?
I've inserted  CLD632A  a USB Type-C active optical cable that is combinable with a USB 3.2 GEN 2 but it's not working ((
