Error: 'We can't connect to the camera' while using a Wansview 1080P 101 camera.

I'm receiving a "unable to connect to camera" error when on video in a Webex meeting using a Wansview 1080P 101 camera, The problem often happens many times during the session, and every time I have to physically unplug and reattach the camera.
However, this problem does not happen when I use my mobile camera through the droidcam app. how can i fix wansview video camera problem.
