Hello Cisco Community,
I am currently facing an issue in one video conferencing room equipped with a Room Kit EQ, three analog ceiling microphones, and audio output through the TV's speakers. The problem arises when remote participants speak; we can hear them clearly without any echo or feedback in the room. However, the remote participants can hear themselves, which seems to be caused by the sound from the TV's speakers bouncing back into the ceiling microphones and being transferred back to them.
Has anyone encountered a similar issue and found a solution to fix it? Any advice or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
