Help identifying cisco webex board 55" corner screws

Hello Cisco support, I was hoping an engineer at cisco would be able to help me identify the corner screws on the webex board 55".  I know they are M10 screws, but I do not know the pitch/thread pattern of the screws which can sit at 1.0, 1.25, or 1.5.  My workplace only has an older 55" board which used m12 screws so i cant test it myself manually.  Would anyone here be able to help me identify the depth and thread pitch of the corner mounting holes on current webex board 55".  We are not an end user but we make products for end users that use the following board.  We are currently using  M10x1.25" that are 40mm long bolts. but client is telling us the thread pitch appears to be wrong.

They are M10x12 (it's a metric 12mm measurement, not a freedom units measurement).   This can be seen in the diagram in section 4 of the Wall Stand Installation Guide
