Strange audio bug, when pressing volume up button on navigator.

I am running roomOS 11.21.1.4

In only one of our rooms using a navigator and codec pro we are experiencing an audio bug when pressing volume up above the 60% volume threshold. The volume up tone that happens when pressing the button starts to repeat rapidly and begins to feeback loop through itself. We have isolated this issue and ensured there is no way that this room codec audio is getting routed through itself in any way. 

 

Strangely this issue goes away after a webex call is started, during a call this doesn't happen whatsoever. 

 

We tried to combat this by turning the SoundEffects mode within the codec settings to Off, but this didnt even turn off the volume up sound effect and the problem is still occuring.

This sounds quite odd.   Have you tried upgrading or downgrading the software to see if it is just an issue with that particular version of RoomOS 11?

Another thing I would suggest would be to make sure the screen of the navigator is clean (I'd recommend unplugging it before cleaning)
