integrated camera freeze a few seconds after "start video"

Hi my intergrated camera of my lenovo thinkpad doesn't work with webex.  Everytime I join a meeting, press "start video", the camera works for a second or two, and then stop working leaving frozen image of mine, then showing a message"Make sure that your camera device Integrated Camera is connected and working or switch to another camera device."

 

I already have the latest update on my windows, update the camera driver (even uninstalled and reinstall it).  The problem still persists.

 

What can I do?

You should upgrade your graphic card drivers to the newest available version which fits to your operating system version

 

Are you using virtual backgrounds? That can also cause issues depending on the graphic card driver version
