We are currently needing to join a Webex meeting outside of our organization from one of our conference rooms. We can dial in and enter internal meeting ID's with no issue, but we are unable to utilize an external ID. The only work around I have been able to use it to connect from a pc/laptop and use "connect to device". Unfortunately this is not how the user needs to be able to join and I am sure I am overlooking an option.
