Microphone - disable external mic and revert to internal - Room Kit Plus

We are using external microphones via a Crestron control unit. It appears the mics are being fed to the Room Kit Plus via the HDMI ARC return channel.

How do I disable the HDMI ARC channel and enable the built in microphone array?

Hello,
There are configuration settings for the Audio hurdles you are describing. Process to find settings is as follows:

1. Login to Codec via the GUI (browse to the IP Address of the Endpoint).
2. Navigate to Settings > Configuration > Audio
3. Under Input you will see ARC 1 Mode
4. Also lower on the page you will find under Output > InternalSpeaker Mode
