PC connecting stuck on Cisco Webex videoconference system

As depicted in the attached image, we are experiencing some screens that are displaying this "PC connecting," while not in a call. It seems to indicate that the HDMI video cable is connected to a PC and trying to display but it's not connected. We believe this might be some kind of configuration issue but haven't been able to resolve it. We're looking for help in the Community.

Unfortunately, there does not seem to be any image attached to your post, so we are unable to see the error message you are getting.

One option that may help is to set the PresentationSelection mode of the input connector to Manual - that way it should not try to show the screen until someone selects Share on the user interface.
