I'm having difficulty with some Precision 60 Cameras. The correct White Balance setting isn't staying set in memory. When the room first wake's up from stand by (on tablet), the white balance colors are all blown out and extremely yellow. I can log in to control hub and then local control of the Codec Pro Kit, and move the white balance setting from auto to manual, (makes it worse) then back to auto to correct the problem. However the next time (later same day) the room wakes from standby the colors are all wrong again, and I have to repeat the same process. I've power cycled everything but nothing fixes the issue. I've looked everywhere for some documentation on the camera to figure out where the White Balance information is stored. I have almost 50 of these cameras all the same age and it seems to slowly be a trend. Does anyone have a technical manual on the camera? I'm wondering if there's a battery or something. They appear to still be powered on, even when codec pro (room) is in standby. The only manuals I find are very basic. Looking real technical manual that would describe where white balance settings are stored or loaded. Any help appreciated....
