No but you can use an HDMI to USB converter such as Inogeni 4KX-PLUS. Note that Cisco never intended for the Quad Cam to be connected to anything other than one of their Room Series endpoints/codecs; you’ll be on your own support-wise with whatever you’re planning here. (the Inogeni device is intended for an available HDMI Out of the primary endpoint - not the Quad Cam directly, although it should still work.)
