Registration process of WebEx room kit

Hi,

Can someone explain me the registration process of a WebEx Room kit to cloud directly and also via Video Mesh node scenario?

I would like to know packet/message/signal transfer between device to cloud, like IP phone registering to a CUCM.

Trying to trouble shoot some issues in WebEx issues to my customer based on this input.

What if I don't have internet - this is for air-gap no cloud only on-prem localized US environment - how to activate/register?
