Repair/recovery Webex Board 55

Goodday,

I received a second hand Webex Board 55 for a school in Zimbabwe. There is no manual with. I am trying to install and connect to board, but the screen remains on what you at the picture. I tried to read the forum, do a factory reset, but nothing changed. The touch screen is also not doing. Any advice on the way forward?

You should be able to click on the start button on the screen with your finger, or with the stylus the board comes with.   If it's not responding to any screen presses, then it's likely broken, and you'll need to have it repaired or replaced.

If you have done a factory reset by holding down the reset pin near the connections on the bottom and it is still not responding after reboot, then I would agree the touch screen overlay portion may be malfunctioning or broken. It would most likely need to be serviced.

Goodday, 

I read the manuals but it is all about mounting the frame and board and connecting the wire. Up to there everything is in order, it starts with appearing what is on the picture. From there I cannot solve the issue.

  - I have never used that equipment myself; can you for instance press on that Start button ?
