We have connected the new codecs Room Kit EQ and Room Bar Pro in the office. Everything is connected and working correctly. However, there is one problem: during a meeting via Teams, at some point the codec camera stops working on its own, and the name of the meeting room is displayed on a black background. This happens for about 60 seconds.
please tell me what to do?!

Often video dropping in and out every "x seconds" can be a firewall timeout issue. So that could be worth investigating.
It's also hard to suggest what else you might want to look at without knowing how your devices are configured, or how you are connecting it with MS Teams (is it just a USB connection to a computer, or are you going through some form of CVI)?

I accidentally clicked that this is the solution, please tell me do you assume that this is possible because of the firewall? and what should I do if soуц

It is difficult to say whether this issue is related to your firewall or not as you haven't provided any information as to how your environment is configured (are your endpoints registered to the Webex Cloud, or to an on prem CUCM or VCS, or are you just using them as web cameras via their USB-C connectivity). The source of the issues could vary drastically depending on how you are using the devices.
If you're registering the devices to Webex, make sure that your firewall allows access to all the Webex IP addresses and ports as detailed in the Network Requirements for Webex Services documentation. Also make sure that your firewall has any ALG or SIP fixup disabled. Check any timeout timers to see if they are consistent with when you get your dropouts and adjust them if required.

Our environment is set up for cucm prem.
access was provided from the world to the inputs of tcp/udp ports 3478.
but it's also not the camera that turns off at the same time every day.

If both systems are doing the same thing, I'd guess you've found a bug. What SW version are you running on these? You probably should open a ticket with TAC if you haven't already, this is unlikely to be a configuration issue.

RoomOS 11.18.1.8 8dc7b79ed48
RoomOS 11.17.3.0 5b28ed3fc06
they have different versions.

then the camera turns back on and works. And it turns on and off so periodically.
