Urgent! Black screen after Integration enabled

We received a few cases reported that the Cisco Webex displaying blank screen. License : PRO. Previous case opened - Cisco (TAC #694562939) by the client.

 

Suspected the misconfiguration on the devices. Required your help! Urgently!

TAC is the way to go with something like this and there seems to be a case open with already.

Im getting this error when trying to open a case
