Webex Board 55 - Camera position (physical)

Hello,

Have a client where the Webex 55 Board is mounted too high and the walls have been finished with fabric.  Where the built-in camera is looks like it might be modular.  Likewise, at the bottom of the screen there is the same size rectangle covered with a Cisco plate.  Can the camera be moved to be below the screen??  Picture attached for reference.

In short, no, the device isn't made to do this, and any efforts to do so would result in voiding any warranty or service contract you have on the unit.

You should consider using a different device if that one doesn't suit the space, or modifying the space to suit the device.

I can't say for sure that it's impossible, but it would be a high risk effort to try it, you are talking about taking the unit apart, partially rewiring, etc. If you broke it, Cisco will not honor any service agreement once they see that you've done this.
