Hello all,
I just got a shiny new Webex Desk Pro from work. I am trying to use it as a second monitor for my Mac. I have it connected directly to the HDMI 2.0b port on the Vega 64 video card that is running the machine using the included HDMI cable that came with the Desk Pro. I get a notification on the desk pro that says Unable to use signal. Upon further inspection, the deskpro says "Bad Quality Signal, please check your cable". This is the error I get whether I am in MacOS or in Windows.
