Webex DeskPro with Surface Pro 9 via USBC connected flickers

Hi,

I have a surface pro 9 5G connected to a surface dock to Desk Pro via USB-C. When connected to the surface pro 9 it flickers black screen then no signal till I restart the deskpro to have connected through the USBC

We are using the Cisco 'USBC cable and we tried with 2 cables. but the same issue and when connecting directly to the Surface Pro 9 5G, it worked well at the beginning and then it flickers. do you think it is a compatibility issue between the Surface Pro 9 and the Desk Pro?

I've seen this happen when using some 3rd party USB-C cables.   Not all cables are equal, and the quality of the cable and ensuring it has all the required pins connected, makes a huge difference.   Use the cable that came with the DeskPro if you haven't tried it already.
