Initially , enabled it for few users running the command individually for them. today, i ran the command to enable for all our users.Its been 4 hours since i ran the command.

The provider has changed to cisco in Global Policy. However, usrs still not seeing the webex link in their invite.
How long does it takes for the change to replicate on entire office 365 tenant?
